Listing Guidelines
Please keep the following guidelines in mind as you write your job listing.
ASJA members are established professionals, and as such command professional fees. Specific negotiations will be between client and writer, but no listing will be accepted that doesn't have fee information included. You may specify a range or budget, but there must be real payment for your project.
Our writers don't work on speculation of future payment.
Please supply your full contact information on listings so we may contact you directly if we have questions about what you've sent us. We do not share your contact information outside of ASJA.
We reserve the right to reject or delete current or future listings from posters who do not adhere to our Terms of Use. Generally, we will reject or delete listings for the following reasons:
- The listing provides incomplete listing information that cannot be confirmed by us.
- The listing contains recruiting information that is discriminatory based on gender, race, age, or religion.
- In the judgment of ASJA, the listing is incoherent or contains inappropriate language.
- The listing offers work outside the writing, communications, and editorial expertise of ASJA members.
- ASJA members report that upon investigating the posting, they discover that the lister has misrepresented the job. Once these issues are verified, this may result in removing your current listing and may possibly disqualify you from future postings at FreelanceWriterSearch.com.
